Every wedding here started with a real couple, a real vision, and a question we love most: how do we make this ours? Each one a different celebration, each one entirely their own across Switzerland, France, and Northern Italy.

A California Couple, a French Château, and Three Days in Champagne

We love destination weddings more than anything because most of our clientele are couples from the United States and United Kingdom, and we love introducing Europe to them, especially Switzerland, France and Northern Italy. There is so much joy and dolce vita in local activities, such as ateliers, tastings, outdoor sports or games, visiting historical and artistic landmarks! Destination wedding weekends are all about spending more time together, turn it into a sort of mini-vacation and use this time to indulge yourself and your guests with local ambiance.

This is exactly what we did for our clients Regan & Ryan, who have celebrated their wedding in Chateau de Mairy in Champagne, France. Surprisingly they have found the venue on their own and fell in love with it sight unseen - but we totally supported them in this admiration as they place is truly unique and beautiful. They chose our team to accompany them in the planning process for a few practical reasons such as time difference (9 hours with California), language barrier, time constraints from their side. But at the end of the day also because of this feeling that Regan had from our introductory call, I quote her answer from the couple’s questionnaire: «I love Daria's communication style, how organized she is, and how knowledgeable. Our styles seem to align, and I know we're in good hands!».

Apart from the venue - we had taken care of everything else such as searching and shortlisting the vendors, negotiating with them, even going for the menu tasting and shaping the menu for a slightly different transition. Our task was to bring modern yet classical vibe of the couple into a French chateau full of antique accessories and objects, keep it light but beautiful, tasteful but still very fun. Which I think we managed to achieve as the party was truly smashing!

The extended programme for their family included not just the stay in chateau and 3 wedding days (welcome bbq, wedding day and brunch), but we also organised the visit to the Champagne house museum with educational tasting and lunch on friday. And guided visits to different champagne houses (family owned and more commercial ones), pic-nic in the wineyard and dinner in Epernay with the private transportation for the day. This is where we bring our concierge services forward for our couples helping them to expand their local experiences around the celebration.

Full wedding planning

Working with Daria was, hands down, the best decision my husband and I made while planning our wedding. Truly — I can’t imagine having done it without her. From our very first conversation, she was thoughtful, organized, and so committed to making sure our vision came to life in every detail. She kept us on track, made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, and constantly checked in to make sure everything felt right for us — not just what looked good on paper. Our guests were traveling internationally, and thanks to Daria, they all felt completely in the loop, confident, and cared for. That kind of peace of mind is priceless, and it made the whole celebration feel smooth, joyful, and full of ease. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding day were, without question, the best days of my life. I was able to be totally present, enjoy every moment, and soak it all in — because Daria and her all-star team handled everything. I didn’t worry about a single thing. I didn’t see setup, I didn’t see breakdown, I just saw magic. It was more beautiful and meaningful than I ever imagined possible, and it’s all thanks to Daria and her team. On top of everything, our guests stayed with us for a week — and Daria went above and beyond to coordinate fun events, meals, and excursions for the whole group, and she made everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. Last-Minute Wedding in Thonon-les-Bains, France

From Near-Zero Planning to Full Celebration in Six Weeks

Yulia and Soufiane came to us with their wedding date six weeks away. They have been very busy and kept postponing some wedding-related decisions to a later moment, until they realised: the venue in Thonon-les-Bains, France was booked. So was their make-up artist. Everything else remained unconfirmed.

We accepted the challenge and immediately started planning their full wedding. Coordinating the wedding across two countries in under six weeks meant working with vendors in both Switzerland and France simultaneously. The catering alone required sourcing a team willing to cross the border and operate under short-notice terms. Something most providers wouldn't consider.

Within days we had confirmed: a photographer, DJ and full technical equipment, photobooth rental, wedding host, a classic car to go to the registration office for a legal wedding and a live sax player. Together with the bride’s best friend we have prepared a surprise - performance of flamenco dancers and musicians that Yulia and Soufiane love so much (as even their first dance was romantic salsa!). And also the Slavic bread Karavaii which is traditionally gifted to the newlyweds as a symbol of happy and wealthy married life.

It was extremely short time for a proper full wedding preparation, so we had to work very very fast and efficient, stay in touch with our clients a lot and organise the vendors instantly. Luckily we have our own in-house decoration and floral services and well-trained coordination team, experienced and tested in stressful situations - so even the timeframes didn’t scare us.

Eventually, the wedding was a big success with quite intensive but entertaining programme for the Cocktail Hour and Wedding Dinner with lots of music, dancing, fun games, photobooth pictures taken and memories created.

We know that Yulia and Soufiane have welcomed their little baby to the world - nothing warms our hearts more than knowing that people that we helped to celebrate their wedding day have grown into a bigger and happier family.

A note: We do recommend building in more planning time where possible. Not because last-minute weddings can't be beautiful, but because more time means more choice. Yulia and Soufiane's day was exceptional.
